The beading is 99% intact. Is missing ONE large bead on underside of left cuff (see photo for reference).

This is giving me some 1940s Balenciaga vibes; 1946-47 Fall/Winter collection featured designs inspired by Balenciaga’s Spanish heritage through costumes of the toreador. And this bolero is beautifully made and stunning.
This is a very well-made garment; however, I could find nothing on this label – not even on Vintage Fashion Guild.
