Good vintage condition. I noticed the pockets [it has pockets!] were off kilter; it looks like someone moved the hook and bar closures on the waistband to make it bigger. I left it.

The skirt itself has a narrow horsehair braid in the hem, while the full lining has a very wide horsehair hem
