Dress is 100% cotton with a sweetheart neckline and princess seams.
It has puff sleeves that have ruching detail at the sleeve cuff and bows.
There is a cummerbund-like belt.
Dress has a full skirt and a plastic side zip.
The bodice is lined, but the skirt is unlined.
