Fabric content is unknown: bodice is a velveteen, probably cotton. Skirt is tulle with an acetate lining.
The bodice unlined and has heavy interfacing placed inside around waist/hip for more structure.
She is constructed with a scoop neck and short kimono sleeves, a drop waist and double waist darts on the bodice.
The tea length tulle skirt completes the look
This dress is PRECIOUS. Perfect little dress for homecoming or prom, or some other formal type of dance. Do the kids still have fancy dress dances? Full disclosure: I did add the roses on the skirt. The tulle had some rips, so I sewed them up and added the roses. But I think it is so much better with them!
