Leslie Fay has been around forever. I remember having one in the 90s, and I think Leslie Fay is still made today. This could be a day to night dress – swap out the belt for something blingie, some fancy jewelry, there you go! That belt is clearly not the original, but we’ll throw it in.
There is not a fabric tag, but I believe it is sheer cotton overlay with an acetate lining. Acetate does have a bit of a sheen that creates a pretty neato effect overall. There are small knife pleats on the skirt - top layer only. The sleeves are a lapped style and pretty darn cute. A bateau neckline completes the look.
