The fabric is unknown, but it feels like a rayon.
Cute double peter pan collar with blouson style bodice.
Bodice buttons up the front and the pleated skirt has an invisible zipper on front.
The long set-in sleeves end in a ruffle cuff, which is elasticized.
Fun fact: Albert Nipon was one of the most popular designers of the 70s and 80s! Until he went to prison in 1985 for tax evasion. Oops.
