Late 1960s Halter Maxi Dress by Huey Waltzen for Mannequin

There is no fabric label, but it feels like cotton, and is fully lined. Maxi length with a halter top style that ties behind the neck. Dress has princess seams, cotton pique piping trim and a center lapped plastic zipper. Original sash belt included!
